Online Core Restore Mentorship

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

Due to the restrictions surrounding COVID-19, I will be conducting my yoga classes online using Zoom for the time being. For the uninitiated, Zoom is free (like Skype / Facetime) but more stable. I will be broadcasting from my studio or living room at home. These classes will enable you to ask questions and join in the fun, all whilst being in the safety of your own home. Once you've bought your class, you will be emailed all the details on how to access the live class. Stay safe, wash your hands, and together, we will get through this!

“Whoops” moments when you run, jump or sneeze?
A weak pelvic floor and weak core muscles can wreck havoc on your life. Sore, easily ‘tweaked’ back, coughing and running ‘accidents’ and even pelvic organ prolapse.
Often, core weakness is coupled with misaligned posture which mucks up your breathing and leads to chronic tension problems.

I believe that there has never been a more important time for women to fully show up in this world, but pelvic and core dysfunction and posture induced pain can tarnish our best intentions.

Having healed myself from full Pubic Symphysis Diastasis (split pubic bone)  eight years ago, I have been on a journey of research and discovery to improve pelvic floor dysfunction in students.

Now I’m experiencing perimenopause myself, so a whole new world of holistic practices are on my radar and in my teaching tool kit!

In my Core Restore mentorship I take a small group through my own programme devised from over 10 years of specialising in women’s health, coupled with ‘Hypopressives’, a new pelvic toning technique which is proving a game changer for many.

The mentorship consists of a small weekly face to face class, then weekly videos for daily guided homework practice.  
This is a short, intensive programme devised for those who are serious about ‘Getting Their Spring Back’ and learning toning practices for life.

* Especially suitable for post natal and menopausal women.
