FREE Family Yoga Class

We’ll be learning to breathe using ALL of our lung capacity!  We’ll  then send virtual heart hugs to friends and family we can’t see in person right now.

Family Yoga offers practical wellbeing tools but also appeals to the child in all of us: stretching like a Giraffe, posing as a Superhero, sprouting into a Tree, and dancing into Downward Dog!

Integrated into my classes are fun yoga cross patterning exercises for brain development and co-ordination, calming breathing techniques and guided relaxation.

During this corona virus crises, moving and breathing and learning how to ‘just let go’ can be so beneficial for both physical and mental health. 

YOGA means ‘yoking together’ and practicing yoga with your children is not only fun, but wonderfully bonding.
