Restorative Yoga ‘Mini Retreat’
My 3 hr Relax & Replenish mini retreat is designed as a ‘soul spa’ for YOU.
*First, a 1:1 health assessment and yoga therapy class to support your needs. You’ll get this home programme sent to you after the session.
*Then enjoy a healthy buddha bowl lunch & smoothie, a swim and sunbathe (schedule a sunny day), a forest walk to work on aligned movement or perhaps time to just talk whilst sitting in nature.
* Lastly, enjoy a wind down guided restorative sequence and perhaps a nap to access deep, healing states of relaxation.
You can enjoy this YOU time either as a 1:1 or in a small group of up to 4, in a beautiful private garden with studio & swimming pool, surrounded by trees.
These ‘mini retreats’ are fantastic for anyone dealing with issues such as pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pain, tension, anxiety, insomnia or simply feeling stressed, overwhelmed or exhausted at the moment.
