Restorative Yoga ‘Mini Retreat’
My 2 ½ hr Relax & Replenish sessions are designed to help women access deep, healing states of relaxation (alongside a good massage like stretch), in a small group, in a beautiful studio surrounded by trees.
You’ll physically unwind from chronic tension patterns with movement and yoga asana before gradually accessing deep states of relaxation through restorative, propped poses and guided meditation.
These ‘mini retreats’ are fantastic for anyone dealing with issues such as pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pain, tension, anxiety, insomnia or simply feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
