ONLINE zoom CLASSES
Due to the new restrictions surrounding COVID-19, I am conducting my yoga and women’s health classes using Zoom. These classes enable you to join in the fun, whilst being in the safety of your own home. “I have been going to Linda’s classes for a couple of years now, she is an amazing teacher and has an incredible amount of passion and knowledge about women’s core and pelvic floor health. In early 2021 I’ll be opening a membership site for ready access to full length classes and a library of shorter sequences, plus in depth information on women’s health, interviews with experts and a Q&A forum.

4th Trimester Post Natal Recovery Tips
We know that weakened pelvic floor and weak core muscles after birthing can wreck havoc on your life. Sore, easily ‘tweaked’ back, coughing and running ‘accidents’ and possibly pelvic organ prolapse. Often, core weakness is coupled with misaligned posture which in turn mucks up your breathing and leads to chronic shoulder and neck tension amongst many other problems! A Post Natal Recovery Strategy is very important for long term health and wellbeing.
