Often, core weakness is coupled with misaligned posture which mucks up your breathing and leads to chronic tension problems.

Having healed myself from full Pubic Symphysis Diastasis (split pubic bone) nearly eight years ago, I have been on a journey of research and discovery to improve pelvic floor dysfunction in students.
Now I’m experiencing perimenopause myself, so a whole new world of holistic practices are on my radar and in my teaching tool kit!
In my Core Restore mentorship I take a small group through my own programme devised from over 10 years of specialising in women’s health, coupled with Hypopressives, a new pelvic toning technique which is proving a game changer for many.
The mentorship consists of a small weekly face to face class, then weekly videos for daily guided homework practice plus a private FB group for accountability and questions.
