Online Pelvic Floor, Core & Yoga


Due to the restrictions surrounding COVID-19, I will be conducting my yoga classes online using Zoom for the time being. For the uninitiated, Zoom is free (like Skype / Facetime) but more stable. I will be broadcasting from my studio or living room at home. These classes will enable you to ask questions and join in the fun, all whilst being in the safety of your own home. Once you've bought your class, you will be emailed all the details on how to access the live class. Stay safe, wash your hands, and together, we will get through this!

Your pelvis is the centre of your gravity, you need to know how to hold yourself in alignment for all the other physical activities you do (including sitting), otherwise they may cause you more harm than good!

In this class we’ll address long term aches, pains and dysfunction from your pelvic floor through to your posture.  Wether you’re a relatively new Mum or the kids are now grown up, the reality is that “once post partum, always post partum” and most of us need to modify how we exercise in order to enhance, not hinder our wellbeing.  

Knowledge really is power and I want you to feel strong and proud of all your incredible body has achieved.  You’ve created human beings!  You deserve an Oscar actually, not least some weekly time out to nurture and empower YOU 🙂

Along with tailored core restore sequences, you’ll enjoy an uplifting yoga practice to stretch and release knotted mind and muscles.  

I’ll teach you how to breathe properly, linking your diaphragmatic breath to your pelvic floor function – there are lots of ‘aha!’ moments.  

Each class finishes with a delicious Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) session.

*No yoga experience needed.
