Women's Hatha Yoga

My Women’s Hatha class aims to provide much needed mental stillness and clarity for busy women whilst working physically on retraining deep core and pelvic floor muscles, stretching out built – up tension and gaining overall strength and flexibility.

As we age it’s incredibly important to keep up (or develop) good alignment habits, freedom of movement through joints, toned muscles and an ability to balance!  This is my more physically challenging class and more suitable for women who have practised yoga before.

With my particular interest in women’s pelvic and core wellbeing,  I can’t help but bring in key strengthening and ‘safe for post natal women’ practices into my flowing asana classes.  Once post natal, always post natal – even if your ‘babies’ are now 30yrs!

I’ll try to provide as much 1:1 help for your particular issues as possible and am always available to answer questions after class.

Thurs 9.30 – 10.45am 

Nov 5 – Dec 10 (6 wk Autumn half term).

During 2nd Lockdown, these classes will be conducted by Zoom.  Join in casually or as part of the 6 Class Pick n Mix Pass offer.
